I know, I know, I know, right?!
I was feeling EXACTLY THIS a couple of years ago when it was the Red Sox.
Except, and not to be all competitive here, a little more.
Practically 100 years of losing does that to a fan.
Wow! Yay Rockies!
I might actually have to turn on the World Series this year.
So, who do we root for if the Indians face the Rocks in the series. Most might say, "duh - go for the rockies". True, they have never won a World Series. But take this into account - The CS Sky Sox were the Cleveland Indians triple A Affiliate before the rockies came to town. So, really, Cleveland gave us baseball years before the Rockies organization. In addition, who doesn't like the movie "Major League". Wesly Snipes was brilliant as Willy Mays Hays. He runs like Mays, but hits like Hays! I love it. The Indians also have not won a W.S. in over 50 years. So, before treating the Indians like the enemy, please consider that they have just as much to do with Major League Baseball coming to Colorado as the Rockies do. Ironic, don't you think?
